President Schneider-Ammann Visits AlpVision China

President Johann Schneider-Ammann, along with a high-ranking delegation of 60 people, recently participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the newly created “Machinery, Trade and Business Center”, a member of the Swiss Center Shanghai (SCS) family located in Shanghai’s Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. 18 Swiss companies have established their offices at SCS Machinery, Trading and Business Center. AlpVision joined them in October 2015 to provide solutions to China’s rampant counterfeiting issues. Lucien Zhao, a member of the AlpVision Team, hosted the President and showcased AlpVision’s product authentication technologies. The delegation was particularly interested in those relevant to the spirits, tobacco, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Read more about the President’s visit here.
